The new security dynamics of the Atlantic basin and the way forward for a Pan-Atlantic approach (Youssef Tobi)

Abstract: “The Atlantic Basin to its South, as an untapped geopolitical space, can serve as a new platform for dialogue between North and South. The Kingdom of Morocco, strategically placed in this space, can exploit its Atlantic coast in order to breathe new life into the South Atlantic and promote an unprecedented and suitable regional space for the strengthening of political and economic exchanges in the Global South.”
