Three research activities drive work and incorporate deliverables and events. The activities -energy and sustainability, trade/economic flows and security/inequality- are leading-edge issues requiring multi-continent, interdisciplinary exploration based on the current literature as well as on results of previous research and experiences. The areas were formerly identified as worthy of deeper attention; key drivers of interconnections and of significance to a greater understanding of the EU as an Atlantic actor.

For all the themes, Discussion Papers, additional virtual/in-person conferences held across the Atlantic space, short publications and open source online material will be made available for a wide audience via the Network website and through a targeted Dissemination and Outreach Plan guided by the project’s Steering Committee.
